PSL Matchday is operated by TMM Tech Pty Ltd, a company registered in South Africa. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

What the app is

PSL Matchday shows football information: fixtures, live scores, line-ups, league standings, news headlines and related material for South African football. It is free to download and use, and it does not require an account.

PSL Matchday is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by the Premier Soccer League, any club, any broadcaster or any sponsor. Club names and crests are used to identify the teams a fixture concerns.

Football information is not guaranteed

Match data comes from a third-party supplier. Scores, times, line-ups and statistics can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and a fixture can be moved or abandoned after we have shown it. Notifications depend on your phone, your network and services outside our control, so an alert can arrive late or not at all.

Do not rely on the app where being wrong would cost you something. Always check an official source before acting on anything you see here.

Odds and predictions

Where the app shows the chances of a result, those figures are derived from publicly published pre-match odds and are shown as information only. They are not betting advice, not an invitation to bet, and not a prediction we stand behind. PSL Matchday carries no bookmaker links, takes no bets and accepts no money.

Predictions, reactions, player-of-the-match voting and the daily question are for enjoyment. There is no prize, no wager, no score kept against your name and no money involved.

How you may use the app

You agree not to:

• use the app for anything unlawful;
• interfere with the service, or try to gain access to parts of it that are not open to you;
• copy, scrape or redistribute the data the app displays, whether automatically or by hand;
• attempt to submit votes other than through normal use of the app.

News and links to other places

News headlines link to the publisher who wrote them. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they contain. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave the app.

What belongs to whom

The app, its design, its text and the PSL Matchday name and logo belong to TMM Tech Pty Ltd. Club crests, club names and match data belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the football being described.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app at any time, and we may update these terms. The app is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be available, accurate or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, TMM Tech Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
